Frank Mosca, chief producer at Harrington Talents, has produced multiple commercials, corporate videos, music videos, as well as both short and feature films. Unlike his fellow executive partners Mosca caters to the business aspect of filmmaking with a notoriously known reputation synonymous with getting the job done. While overseeing numerous productions and clientele Mosca still had time to become a triple threat within the industry; not only producing but writing and directing the World War II focused film "God's Will". Before Harrington, this producer/writer/director, pitched and ran marketing campaigns for officials running for office within his community, as well as ad-campaigns for restaurants, auto dealerships and local retail store chains. Mosca studied the art of filmmaking at Long Island University.
